Is there a line voltage version of VT7300, 120V or 220V, able to switch line voltage fan motor speed legs?

Not currently Amigo.
All are 24 Vac devices.
You will need to have a transformer relay package for the 3 fan speeds.
If you are planning to use them in new applications ( vs. retrofit ), it's always good to ask the FCU manufacturer for the factory installed cost of that tranfo/relay pack. They also call it the DDC ready option.
In a lot of case I have seen, it's a lot cheaper than field mounting it.
