Can I use one of the BIs on VT7300 to monitor fancoil fan status? LON version.

I guess I will set this BI's cofig = none.
Will the status show up anywhere else other than nvosccstatus? Like a regular nvo snvt_switch type?

Thanks.

Yes you can and yes they will  Grin

The status on the BI will show up under nvoSccStatus.

PLease refer to the following integration document for all the info:

http://www.viconics.com/pdf_files/Thermostats/vt7300/028-6003_R3_ITG-VT7300-LON-E03.pdf

nvoSccStatus
Bit1 StateTerminal BO2
Bit2 StateTerminal BO1
Bit3 StateTerminal BO4
Bit4 StateTerminal BO3
Bit5 StateTerminal BO5
Bit6 FanLow
Bit7 FanMed
Bit8 FanHigh
Bit9 UI 3 Status
Bit10 BI 2 Status
Bit11 BI1 Status
Bit12 Service Alarm
Bit13 Filter Alarm
Bit14 Window Opened
Bit15 Dehumidification Active

If you are using an LNS system, just be sure you have the Viconics DRF files installed. They are automatically installed when you install the device LNS plug-in. This will automatically enumerate the Bits to the proper text representation instead of just the Bit number. A lot easier when you build your database & you make GX pages.
